MEET OUR TEACHING ARTISTS
From a young age, Cerise received weekly lessons in Speech & Drama and completed her Certificate in Drama & Performance (CDPA) and a Certificate in Voice & Communication (CVCA), both with high distinctions. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Music majoring in music theatre from the Australian Institute of Music.
During her studies, she developed her craft in the core disciplines of singing, dancing and acting. She has worked as a casual drama teacher and drama coach with Presbyterian Ladies’ College and Pymble Ladies’ College for four years.
Cerise enjoys teaching and working with young people to discover each student’s personal flair when performing. She works with their passions and interests to ensure they thrive with their peers and feel a sense of belonging in class.
Laura Daniella Bucci is a Mexican-Italian actress whose spark for the performing arts was ignited through piano and dance lessons from a young age. In 2016, she graduated with a Bachelor of Music majoring in Music Theatre from the Australian Institute of Music.
This led her to perform in several musical productions including, Mamma Mia! and Jesus Christ Superstar with Packemin Productions. Laura also recently toured with Perform! Education, presenting the show ‘Maybe a Miracle’ for primary schools across Sydney during book week.
Laura has been teaching since 2017, working with children from primary to high school. She is a part time piano teacher at Our Lady of Mercy College. Laura is passionate about helping students grow in confidence and finding the joy in expressing themselves through performance.
